Men please help us raise money for the American Cancer Society by competing in the Miss Relay Contest.
Contestants will take one lap around the track and collect as much money as possible from the general public.
Bring a purse to collect money from fans and admirers. (Cheating is allowed, so purses may have cash in them at the start!)
The “beautiful lady” who collects the most money wins the title of Miss Relay!!!

Last Call For Theme Lap / Activity Sponsors
Teams are needed for the following theme laps:
12:15 am, Conga Lap - This one is HOT-HOT-HOT - colorful costumes, marraccas, and the sponsoring team leads all the other participants in Newtown's largest conga line - EVER!!!
2 am, Baseball Cap Lap - bring your favorite cap and show it off as your team leads participants around the track.
3:30am, Limbo Lap - how low can you go at 3:30am??!! We'll find out as you encourage walkers and participants to limbo down as they circle the track.
4:30 am, as the first light of morning hits the horizon, don your most patriotic colors in every fashion - hats, scarves, shirts, shoes, or just carry or wave the stars and stripes in any configuartion as we start winding down our Great American Picnic circling the track in patriotic style!
We need temas to participate in the Luminaria Committe's Scavenger Hunt at 2:30 am. This will probably engage most of your team for part or all of the half-hour.
We're also looking for additional ideas for on-stage entertainment - if any team members have special talets to show off, please contact John to determine if it's appropriate for our main stage.
And any teams that want to offer their own ideas for activities - egg race, water balloon toss, three legged race, etc. in the picnic theme are welcome to do so. Just email John Voket through the Relay email system by Thursday, June 11.
