Countdown For Relay Entertainment
We’ve approached School Superintendent Janet Robinson requesting both the Middle School and the High School Jazz Bands to perform.
We’ve got several teams adopting themed laps around the track, we’ll have the extremely popular frozen T-shirt contest at 3 am sharp, our first ever court of the King and Queen of Relay, a water baloon toss, a dance recital, other live music acts, and one of the event’s biggest hits — the Miss Relay competition, which usually draws some very interesting competition from among participants.
Addie Sandler, who is organizing the MISS RELAY CONTEST, sponsored by Team “We are Family” says:
"Make sure your male teammates are all primped and dolled-up for the evening. Don’t let them forget any fashion accessory, especially a fabulous matching hand-bag to collect money from their fans and admirers. (A true lady always is prepared, so purses may have cash in them at the start!)
